Over the past four years, our advocacy efforts have steadily expanded in reach, impact, and strategic depth. From modest beginnings, our programs have grown into wide-reaching campaigns that empower individuals, engage communities, and foster collaboration across civil society.

Overview of Activities and Impact

2021 – Foundation Year

  • The groundwork for our advocacy initiatives was laid in 2021. While the focus this year was primarily on planning and foundational coordination, it set the stage for the impact to come.

2022 – Early Engagement

  • Trainees/Attendees: 143 individuals participated in trainings and sessions.
  • Events/Sessions/Trainings Held: 9
  • Total Engagements: 152

In 2022, we began implementing focused outreach programs that included interactive sessions with community stakeholders, early adopters, and grassroots actors.

2023 – Expanding Partnerships

  • Trainees/Attendees: 2,497
  • Materials Distributed: 2,032
  • Civil Society Organizations Engaged (CSOs): 97
  • Data Collection (Surveys/Interviews): 55

Marked by exponential growth, 2023 saw large-scale distribution of educational materials and increased collaboration with civil society organizations. Robust data collection efforts enriched our understanding of community needs.

2024 – Mass Outreach and Digital Engagement

  • Trainees/Attendees: 35,713
  • Social Media Campaign: Reached 10 million impressions and over 1.5 million engagements
  • New Factchecking Platforms Established: 4
  • Data Collection (Surveys/Interviews): 55
  • Total Engagements: 35,772

2024 represents a major leap in our advocacy work, powered by a digital-first strategy. A massive social media campaign amplified our reach, while the establishment of four new fact-checking platforms strengthened our fight against misinformation. Simultaneously, training efforts scaled up significantly to meet growing demand.
