The Emkan to Empowering the Civic Engagement project aimed to enhance civic engagement in Libya through the development of a comprehensive toolkit, e-learning courses, and interactive workshops. The toolkit was designed to provide guidance and best practices for individuals, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and civil society organizations working towards positive social change.
