Overview
A project aimed at integrating and involving young people in peacebuilding and security, Based on the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Security and Peace by providing a platform for dialogue, exchange of views and promotion of human rights in their communities.
This project is implemented within the Erasmus + program, which aims to create joint programs with other participating countries in addition to holding international meetings, such as local workshops, which will last for one year from different participating countries.
Youth from 8 different countries representing 8 civil society Organization participated in this edition: (Moomken – Libya, Aver – Tunisia, witness – Palestine, Fighters for peace – Lebanon, Ases – Spain, Aichem – Italy, Culture Goes Europe – Germany, Insa Rouen – France).
Where was this training held?
Training on human rights was held in Djerba Tunis from 31 October 2022 to 5 November 2022, with each organization providing awareness-raising initiatives on human rights when returning to their countries.
