Objective:
To bridge the communication capacity gaps in Libyan municipalities by providing 24 participants, including 16 municipal media officials and 8 ministry staff, with practical tools to improve message planning, audience interaction, and internal coordination. The sessions included training on communication during crises, media planning frameworks, content production using artificial intelligence, and inter-departmental coordination. Participants gained hands-on experience with platforms such as Canva, CapCut , and ChatGPT, with shared access provided after training. The workshop concluded with an action plan and a recognition ceremony, emphasizing the role of communication in inclusive and responsible governance.
